On-brand copy for literary guides aimed at curious (if lazy) young scholars.
Barnes & Noble Books publishes SparkNotes Guides, the leading purveyor of study guides for kids, teens, and college students. I was part of their copywriting team, tasked with researching literary texts and creating book-length school-quality study guides 30,000+ words each, on-brand, entertaining, and error-free. Perfecting the style and voice of the brand, and applying it to a variety of "masterpieces" of literary creation, was a task worthy of this English major.
